“I have found that the relationships and being good at communicating and dealing with the people sort of automatically makes the rest of a Production Coordinator’s job easier. Because if you’re the type of person who is detailed and communicates well this is the only way I know how to organize it. Making sure that at the end of the day whatever I have planned logistically is communicated, understood and visually seen in whatever format each person needs it so everybody is on the same page the entire season is more important than keeping up with some of the paperwork. ”
